Neymar’s new Barcelona contract has a whopping £210million release clause – and he will stay till 2021
BARCELONA'S rivals will have to fork out an eye-watering amount if they want to take Neymar away from the Nou Camp.
The 24-year-old has signed a new deal with a staggering £210MILLION release clause.
As SunSport reported last August, Manchester United were ready to splash out £240m on a cash offer AND wages for the Brazil superstar under Louis van Gaal.
But now with a last-ditch attempt to tempt Neymar through the back door, United have again been gazumped by a player who has ended up signing a more lucrative deal at his current club instead.
It is a familiar tale for the Old Trafford, who under Ed Woodward have promised to sign the world's best players - or 'Gaalacticos' as they were known under the Dutch manager.
