Manchester United and Manchester City target Toni Kroos has no plans to leave Zinedine Zidane’s Real Madrid this summer
German playmaker linked with Premier League switch as well as Juventus but insists he will remain with Los Blancos
TONI KROOS insists he won’t be leaving Real Madrid this summer despite being linked with a Premier League move.
The German ace has already clocked up 99 appearances in two seasons after joining from Bayern Munich in 2014 and is considered to be a key player under Zinedine Zidane.
However, reports claim Kroos is eyeing a Bernabeu exit after failing to replicate his best form in a Los Blancos shirt.
Real are said to be plotting a move for Juventus star Paul Pogba, and Kroos could allegedly be used as part of a player-plus-cash deal for the Frenchman.
Meanwhile, Manchester United and Manchester City have been keeping tabs on the 26-year-old as Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola eye more big-name reinforcements.
United have already landed Villarreal's Eric Bailly and free agent Zlatan Ibrahimovic, but Mourinho is keen to bolster his midfield options with a deep-lying playmaker.
The Special One is also interested in Pogba, but the former Old Trafford youngster could cost upwards of £80million.
