LOOK ROO'S HERE

Wayne Rooney spotted on £88 flight to Ibiza with wife Coleen to drown his sorrows

Rooney spent thousands on a 60ft yacht with its own DJ when he went there on his stag do in 2008. How times have changed

WAYNE ROONEY is putting England's Euro 2016 embarrassment behind him by heading to Ibiza to 'ave it large – flying there on a budget airline.

Manchester United star Rooney, on £250,000 a week, was spotted on airline Jet2, in which you can book a flight to Ibiza tomorrow for just £88.

The England captain endured a woeful spell at the Euros, striking a confused look in midfield alongside Dele Alli as England crashed out in the last-16 after losing 2-1 to minnows Iceland.

Instagram user Toni Williams posted this pic today with the caption of her with Rooney and wife Coleen: "Look who was on our flight #ibiza #henparty."

It is not the first time Rooney has flown to the Balearic Island, however. Far from it. He had his stag do there in 2008.

Back in 2008 Rooney hired a 60ft yacht for his 17-strong party before spending thousands on a private DJ for it. How times have changed.
