REAL MADRID have warned Premier League sides they will have to dig deep in their pockets after slapping a £125million price tag on Alvaro Morata and James Rodriguez.
The Bernabeu club are keen for the duo to move on - but at a massive cost.
Spanish news site say Zinedine Zidane has given the green light to the pair leaving while president Florentino Perez is happy for them to go.
Paris Saint-Germain currently lead the chase for James, who it is said has "come to the end of his cycle" after being signed following the last World Cup.
But Manchester City and Chelsea continue to circle - even though the Blues look to have brought in Belgium star Michy Batshuayi.

The asking price for the former Puskas Award winner may deter them however.
Real Madrid want a whopping £63m for his signature - but Sport claim that has not stopped Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho inquiring about his availability.
Chelsea are said to remain very much in the market for Morata, who won Serie A with Juventus this season before returning to Madrid.
Morata, home from Euro 2016 after Spain were knocked out by Italy, recently said he wants to play for a team where he feels "important".
After being brought back from Turin it was thought Morata could challenge first-choice striker Karim Benzema for a spot but has chance looks to have gone.
Madrid bosses have priced the Spaniard at £62m.
Sport report Premier League clubs have made contact but are yet to make a concrete offer.
