Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Manchester United: Swedish striker to complete move to Jose Mourinho’s United ‘by the end of the week’
Mercurial forward is a free agent after leaving Paris-Saint Germain and will sign one-year deal with United imminently
ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC will finally become a Manchester United player before the end of this week.
The mercurial Swede is a free agent after leaving Paris-Saint Germain, and the BBC have reported that he will sign a one-year contract with Jose Mourinho’s side imminently.
Ibrahimovic, 34, has impressed in every top European league he has played in – but is yet to test himself in the Premier League.
The move will also see Ibrahimovic reunite with Mourinho. The pair worked together at Inter Milan, where they won the Serie A title in 2009.

Ibrahimovic leaves French champions PSG, where he won the Ligue 1 title in all four of his seasons with the club.
Last season, he scored 38 goals in just 31 league games as PSG stormed to another league title triumph.
All summer long he has been linked with a move to United, and just yesterday he posted this picture on Instagram with the caption: "I will bring my chef from Paris with me to my next destination."
The forward had been at Euro 2016 with Sweden, but they failed to progress from the group stage. He said afterwards that he did not wish to be considered for the Rio Olympics with Swedes. The Games begin on August 5.
Ibrahimovic will be Mourinho's second signing since taking over at United after the £30m transfer of Ivorian defender Eric Bailly from Villarreal, though the club are also closing in on Borussia Dortmund assist machine Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Dortmund confirmed this week that United have made a "much improved" bid for the Armenian ace.
