Manchester United in talks with Paul Pogba over £100million move to Old Trafford
Manchester United have already begun negotiations over a world-record deal for Paul Pogba, according to reports in Spain.
The Frenchman looks likely to leave Juventus this summer with Real Madrid also interested.
And claim the Red Devils have now entered into talks with Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola over a potential £100million transfer.
It claims United will make him their second-highest paid player — after Wayne Rooney — with an offer of £240,000-a-week.
Jose Mourinho ordered the club to act quickly and take advantage of their “excellent” relationship with Raiola in the wake of Real Madrid making their interest public.
Los Blancos president Florentino Perez is reportedly not a fan of Pogba but has been urged to sign the player by French manager, Zinedine Zidane.
The Bernabeu boss wants the 23-year-old to add balance to the team.
Zidane believes Casemiro is the only player on his starting XI he feel he can “improve on”.
United’s relationship with Raiola is growing as the two parties continue to do business.

"I distrusted him from the moment I met him. He became Zlatan Ibrahimovic's agent while he was playing for Ajax, and eventually he would end up representing Pogba, who was only 18 years old at the time.

"He and I were like oil and water. From then on, our goose was cooked because Raiola had been able to ingratiate himself with Paul and his family and the player signed with Juventus."
