Barcelona star Neymar will see out the remaining two years of his contract but Real Madrid have ‘zero’ chance of landing him
Brazilian's father claims Nou Camp idol is obliged to honour current deal amid interest from Man United and Man City
BARCELONA star Neymar will not be on the move this summer and will see out the remaining two years of his contract.
That’s according to his father Neymar Santos Sr., who adds that La Liga rivals Real Madrid stand 'zero' chance of signing the Brazilian.
The claim comes on the back of reports linking Neymar with a big-money move away from the Nou Camp.
Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester United and Manchester City are all said to be interested, with the player’s agent Wagner Ribeiro revealing: “There are three big clubs in the world who want to hire Neymar and pay the clause of €200million to Barcelona.”
The 24-year-old’s sister Rafaella Beckran sent the internet into meltdown with a cryptic Instagram post on Friday, while Spanish reporter Eduardo Inda claims Neymar has had a spectacular falling-out with Ballon d’Or holder Lionel Messi.
It’s even been alleged that the player’s dad has been pushing for a move to French champions PSG, but Neymar Sr. insists his son is happy in Catalonia and will snub interest – including any from Real – in order to see out the remaining time on his current deal.
