Euro 2016: Will Grigg’s on Fire singing keeps Northern Ireland fans partying in Parc Des Princes after game ends
Fans still rocking stadium almost an hour after full-time in Germany defeat
NORTHERN IRELAND supporters took Euro 2016 by storm by mounting an hour-long post-match party straight after their Group C defeat to Germany.
A Mario Gomez goal may have meant Michael O'Neill's men now face an anxious wait to discover if they have made it through to the knock-out stages of the tournament.
But the Green Army refused to let that loss get in the way of their festivities as they launched into a never-ending rendition of their adopted anthem Will Grigg's on Fire.
Stadium security in the Parc Des Princes initially tried to usher the thousands of fans out of the ground once the full-time whistle had blown.
But they soon realised they were on to a loser - and even did their bit to add to the atmosphere by belting the track out on the loudspeaker system.

The song is a tribute to Northern Ireland striker Will Grigg, who is still to see any match action during the tournament.
It was initially penned by a Wigan supporter in tribute to his goalscoring exploits for the club, but once it was uploaded to YouTube the tune went viral.
Northern Ireland fans adopted the tune in the run-up to Euro 2016 and it has now captured the imagination of supporters across the world.
