PEDRO insists it is not worth him turning up just to sit on Spain’s bench.
The Chelsea winger, 28, has played less than ten minutes at Euro 2016 so far, coming off the bench late on in the 1-0 opening win over Czech Republic.
La Roja boss Vicente del Bosque has showed a preference for Nolito and David Silva on the flanks.
Pedro fumed: “I had different expectations when I first came here.
“It is difficult for me to play this role and if there is no continuity it is not worth me turning up just to be part of the group.”
Pedro, who joined the Blues from Barcelona for £21.25million last August, is one of the most experienced players in Spain’s squad with 58 caps.
And coach Del Bosque said: “He did not disrespect anyone. I think his conscience got the better of him a little bit.
“Pedro was a bit angry he is not playing, that is inevitable and can happen.
“We try to get on well with everyone and for everybody to be happy and comfortable.
