Joe's good to go

Euro 2016: Wales take part in full training session ahead of crucial Russia showdown, with good news on the Joe Ledley front

Chris Coleman's squad get ready for vital Group B game, while Northern Ireland prepare for Germany clash on Tuesday

WALES and Northern Ireland are both hard at work getting ready for their crucial, final games of their Euro 2016 group stage campaign.

There's good news for Chris Coleman's men as Joe Ledley appeared to be in full flow, despite fears he had aggravated his broken leg in the loss over England.

Ledley's recovery was something of a miracle, returning to the Welsh starting XI just a month after a horror break.

Yet, despite hobbling off against Roy Hodgson's Three Lions, he looks good to go for the third and final game of the group stage.

Meanwhile, Gareth Bale - who has netted twice, both from free-kicks, already this tournament - looked in good spirits.

The Real Madrid ace was also quick to laud the Welsh fans, saying they could give the team a timely lift in their Group B showdown with Russia.

Bale said: "We know we have a huge amount of support anywhere we go.

"We probably had fewer fans in the stadium against England although we were louder.

"Wherever our fans are, they make themselves known. They sing and cheer no matter what the occasion and I am sure it will be the same again in Toulouse."

Meanwhile, Northern Ireland - fresh off their heroic win over Ukraine - also took part in a full training session.

They take on Germany in the Group C clash, still harbouring hopes of making into the last-16 stages, despite sharing the group with European giants Germany and Robert Lewandowski's Poland.
