Oxford recently denied he had turned down a new offer under West Ham boss Slaven Bilic

The London-born kid had wanted £40,000 a week and a £1million signing-on fee to commit his future to the Hammers.

It is also thought he has been the subject of £8m bids from the two Manchester giants while Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger was said to be keeping tabs.
