Ex-Chelsea star David Luiz plays in 5-a-side tournament with brilliant lookalikes as footy fans try to spot Brazilian ace
Paris Saint-Germain defender was hard to spot during kickabout at famous Al-Roudan Tournament in Kuwait
DAVID LUIZ is usually one of the easiest stars to spot on a football pitch, but the bushy-haired defender was almost unrecognisable in a 5-a-side fixture earlier this week.
The Paris Saint-Germain ace was taking part in Kuwait’s famous Al-Roudan Tournament which features a number of ‘Dream Matches’ during the event.
Famous faces to feature in the past include AC Milan legend Paolo Maldini and Real Madrid right-back Dani Carvajal, and a huge crowd turned up to cheer on their favourite Sideshow Bob impersonator.
But fans hoping to catch a glimpse of the iconic afro were left bemused as no less than nine David Luiz lookalikes joined the former Chelsea man for an intense session on the field.
The players, winners of a competition, all featured impressive hair-dos and reports claim people weren’t even able to tell when Luiz himself fired in a goal as his team sailed to victory.
The Brazilian was enjoying some much-needed downtime after another successful season in France.

PSG helped themselves to another Ligue 1 title under Laurent Blanc while also winning the Coupe de France and Coupe de la Ligue.
Luiz is considered to be a key player alongside compatriot Thiago Silva at the Parc des Princes, but both were dropped for Dunga’s disastrous Copa America campaign.
Brazil crashed out at the group stages for the first time since 1987 and Luiz will be hoping he gets a shot alongside Barcelona superstar Neymar as one of the three players aged over 23 in the yet-to-be announced squad for the Olympic Games this summer instead.
