Arsenal flop Mesut Ozil wanted by Saudi Arabian outfit Al Nasser but has no intention of agreeing transfer exit
CLUBS in Saudi Arabia and Qatar are ready to offer Mesut Ozil a lucrative escape route... but the midfielder has no intention of leaving Arsenal.
The Gunners are desperate to get £350,000-a-week Ozil of their wage bill.
Boss Mikel Arteta even froze him out of the squad during last season's restart after the coronavirus pandemic.
But Ozil, 31, still has a year left on his contract and has consistently claimed he has no intention of cutting that short..
According to , Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr have made their move after contacted Ozil's agent.

An unnamed Qatari side are also keen and are ready to offer similar wages to lure him to the Middle East.
But it is unlikely to tempt Ozil who demanded respect from everyone at Arsenal.
He previously told “I’ll decide when I go, not other people.
“I didn’t sign for two or three years, I signed for four and that should be respected by everyone.
“Things have obviously been difficult but I love Arsenal, I love to work there, I love the people in the club — the real people, those I’ve been with for a long time — and I love London, it’s my home.
“Whatever happened in the last two seasons, I’m happy and very strong mentally.
“I never give up on anything. I want to help my team and I’ll fight for it. If I’m fit, I know what I can do on the pitch.”
Ozil was heavily criticised for refusing to take a 12.5 per cent pay cut during the pandemic.
But he defended his decision and suggested that may have been why Arteta stopped selecting him for the team.

He added: "People who know me know exactly how generous I am and, as far as I'm aware, I was not the only player who rejected the cut in the end, but only my name came out.
"I guess that's because it is me and people have been trying for two years to destroy me, to make me unhappy, to push an agenda they hope will turn the supporters against me and paint a picture that is not true."
Ozil last appeared for Arsenal on March 7 and was left out of the Community Shield final squad.
