ARSENAL fans were delighted to see Santi Cazorla and Nacho Monreal hug in the tunnel before Monday's match.
The two former Gunners came up against each other during Villarreal's crunch clash against Real Sociedad.
But their pair put their rivalry to one side as they shared a special moment before the game.
An eagle-eyed fan noticed the pair hugging and chatting in the tunnel at the Estadio de la Ceramica.
After the picture did the rounds on social media, Arsenal fans couldn't help but reminisce.
One said: "I miss these guys so much. Just wish Cazorla comes back for one season."

Cazorla spent six years with the Gunners before he returned to Villarreal when his deal expired in 2018.
Monreal switched to Real Sociedad in 2019 after also staying in North London for six years.
