Man Utd ready to give Jude Bellingham first-team chance if they land 16-year-old Birmingham midfielder in £50m transfer

MANCHESTER UNITED are prepared to offer Jude Bellingham first-team football if they land the Birmingham City sensation this summer, according to reports.

SunSport revealed how the Red Devils are preparing to part with £50million to land the 16-year-old midfielder.

United rolled out the red carpet for Bellingham and his family in March when they gave him a tour of their training complex.

The teenager knows a whole host of top European clubs including Borussia Dortmund and Chelsea are keen to sign him.

He was joined by his parents as he held talks with Solskjaer, legendary boss Sir Alex Ferguson and chief transfer guru Matt Judge.

An Old Trafford source said: “We felt that he was blown away with what he was shown and what was said to him by all.

“We believe he was impressed with what we can offer. We have a duty of care to young players and want to develop them.”

He earns a scholarship wage of just £145 a week at present, with United prepared to increase that to around £30,000.
