Ronaldo, 35, has kept his 214million Instagram followers up to date with his gruelling workouts.

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner shared a snap of himself on an exercise bike - which showed off his monstrous leg muscles.

Alongside the image, he wrote: "Workout to improve mind and body."

One follower commented: "I wish I had legs like those."

Another social media user simply added: "Great physique."

Ronaldo has come up with some ingenious ways to keep himself fit while he is stuck indoors.

He showed off his incredible strength as he used his kids as makeshift weights during an ab workout.

And he shared a clip of himself and partner Georgina Rodriguez doing brutal hill sprints outside of their home.

Ronaldo and his family had been staying in a stunning seven-story mansion in Funchai that overlooked the Atlantic Ocean.

But the ex-Manchester United star moved his loved ones to a £3,5000-per-week rented home near a quiet fishing village.

Rodriguez made the most of the privacy as she stripped down to her bikini and soaked up the sunshine in Portugal.

The country is under lockdown, but Ronaldo reunited with the rest of his family to celebrate his niece's 21st birthday this week.
