Barcelona join Chelsea in transfer race for Ajax keeper Andre Onana as Lampard eyes Ajax star as Kepa replacement
BARCELONA are considering a move for Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana and are set to face competition from Chelsea.
The Spanish giants are aiming to provide competition for current first-choice keeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen according to Spanish publication Sport.

Onana, 23, has caught the attention of some of Europe's top clubs, with Chelsea also looking to bring in a keeper to potentially replace Kepa.
Willy Caballero has replaced the Spaniard and Frank Lampard is keen on bringing in a replacement, with Onana the preferred choice.
Chelsea's recent form is a concern for Lampard, with just one win in their last five games in all competitions and after their transfer ban lifted, the summer window could be a busy month for the club.
Onana is contracted until 2022 at Ajax, but Lampard is considering a move for the Cameroon international this summer.
Chelsea spent £71.6million on Kepa and could be reluctant to spend big again on another keeper with Ajax looking for around £35m.
After being dropped, Kepa felt he was paying the price for Chelsea's defensive problems and should've kept his place in the side.
Onana spent five years at Barcelona, leaving in 2015, and could consider a return but the chance of regular first-team football could be slim with Ter Stegen cementing his place as first-choice keeper.
Barcelona could be open to a change with the German only keeping six clean sheets from 24 league games this season.
Quique Setien's side have conceded 13 more goals than current leaders Real Madrid.
Lampard warned Kepa about a potential change after his performances had dropped.
The Blues boss said: “Kepa will be honest there have been some mistakes that have cost us goals.
"It is the nature of it, so that needs to improve.”
Cabellero looks set to keep his place for the visit of Tottenham on Saturday and a defeat will see the side drop out of the top four.
