Fans are aghast as #ArtetaOut is ALREADY trending on Twitter

But Twitter users were aghast to see #ArtetaOut trending before their former skipper has even been appointed.

One fan wrote: "Enough is enough, we clearly haven’t improved under him. He’s no better than Freddie. Arteta is not fit to manage Arsenal football club. #ArtetaOut".

While another added: "We haven't won a single point under Arteta. Not good enough. #ArtetaOut".

"I'm sick of it. #ArtetaOut," one cried.

Another incredibly said: "At the moment, I’m 60% #ArtetaOut . Board didn’t choose the best available option imo. It’ll take some doing from Arteta to change my opinion on his appointment. Nothing personal."

And one posted: "#ArtetaOut is something I can behind. We’re supposed to be a big club, yet we’re appointing an unproven coach who’s been doing his job for just a couple of years. Absolute joke of a club."

Many people, however, couldn't believe what they were seeing.
