Man Utd, Liverpool and Real Madrid told to pay £85m for RB Salzburg sensation Erling Haaland
RB Salzburg have told Manchester United and Co: You'll have to stump up £85million for Erling Haaland.
The red-hot striker has terrorised European defences this season as the Austrians have had a huge impact on the Champions League.
But United, along with Euro giants Real Madrid, Liverpool and Juventus have been told to smash the 100 million euro (£86million) barrier if they want the talented 19-year-old.
Haaland has FIVE hat-tricks already this season.
He has now scored 22 goals in 19 games.
Real want him to beef up their attack, while United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is a long-term fan having known the youngster when they worked together at Molde in Norway.
United are the closest to taking Europe's premier marksman, they claim.
Having paid that price for Harry Maguire, they would not blink at signing off another big cheque having struggled for goals this season.
They also have the £73m from the sale of Romelu Lukaku which Solskjaer will be allowed to spend.
So far this season Old Trafford chiefs have saved around £4m in wages for Alexis Sanchez, who joined Lukaku at Inter Milan.
The £85m price tag could scare off Los Blancos as Paris Saint Germain's £250m-rated Kylian Mbappe is the next 'Galactico' in their sights.
