Liverpool's Harvey Elliott, Chelsea's Mason Mount, Arsenal's Matteo Guendouzi and Manchester United's Dan James get the midfield spots.
Elliott is poised to become the youngest ever player to appear at Anfield at 16 years and 209 days.
He signed from Fulham in the summer and is back after a ban for a historical social media tweet mocking Harry Kane.
Mount, Guendouzi and Dan James have all been regulars for their respective clubs this season.
Arsenal's Gabriel Martinelli, Man United's Marcus Rashford and Chelsea starlet Callum Hudson-Odoi form the attacking three.
Martinelli will find game time hard to come by with the Gunners, with the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette.
But when called upon, he has looked to have something special in there and he has scored five goals in six games in all competitions.

Rashford is an established England international and leading the line this season for United while Hudson-Odoi is seen as one of the jewels in Chelsea's crown.
