MANCHESTER UNITED have been brutally mocked by Checkatrade as trolls suggest potential new shirt sponsors including The Muppets and Extinction Rebellion.
The hilarious barrage of Twitter suggestions came after it was revealed the Old Trafford giants are at risk of being dumped by £450million sponsors Chevrolet.
Man Utd have been in absolute freefall since Sir Alex Ferguson left in 2013 - and now sit 12th in the Premier League, 15 points league-leaders and arch-rivals Liverpool.
Now Chevrolet are considering pulling the plug on their £64m-a-year investment as United's embarrassing season rages on - with the current agreement only running until 2021.
On the back of the incredible revelation, fans have taken to social media to have their say on who should sponsor their kit, with Checkatrade tweeting: "Well, we heard there's a big rebuilding job required at @ManUtd..."
And some fan suggestions were just as brutal as you can imagine - with one pitching Poundland and even the Championship.
One fan wrote: "They way we're heading, Extinction Rebellion maybe suitable."
Another hilariously said: "UBER? Another great way for this club to be taken for a ride."
A third added: "Andrex toilet roll is what I'm hearing."
