XMAS LIST

Dier to be transfer listed by Spurs in January along with other stars including Eriksen, Aurier, Wanyama and Rose

ERIC DIER is reportedly joined on a list of four other players Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is looking to sell this January.

The England international has made three appearances this season, with only one start in the league, against Brighton on Saturday where Spurs were thumped 3-0.

But Dier’s lack of playing time could result in a winter exit as claim Pochettino is looking to sell the midfielder in a bid to freshen up his misfiring squad.

The 25-year-old is among the likes of Christian Eriksen, Serge Aurier, Victor Wanyama and Danny Rose on the Spurs transfer list.

It comes after failed attempts to sell the unwanted pack of stars in the summer.

Poch was open to flogging left-back Rose after signing 19-year-old Ryan Sessegnon from Fulham, but an injury to the England Under-21 star has left a gap in defence.

Aurier and Wanyama failed to attract attention in the summer but right-back Kieran Trippier was shipped to Atletico Madrid for £20million.

Wantaway playmaker Eriksen, who is available on a free transfer next season, attracted attention from Real Madrid, Manchester United and Juventus.

But with his contract running down the interest came to nothing.

Eriksen said: “If I took all the rumours [seriously], I would float on a cloud.”

The Dane is joined by boss Poch in the rumour mill linking him to a move to either Old Trafford or Madrid.

With United’s woeful form the Argentine manager has become a 3/1 favourite to replace Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

But Poch was on hand to deny suggestions there is friction between him and club chairman Daniel Levy.

He said: “We maintain a very good relationship and it is extraordinary to have that support.

“I have always told him that in addition to my president, I consider him a friend.”

Poch is set to meet with Levy when he returns from Qatar, after he gave a lecture on football performance at the Aspire Global Summit yesterday.
