Hughie Fury got off to an encouraging start, but it was literally cut short when he required stitches after Pulev landed a shot on his left eye.

And while Fury made it to the judges, Pulev ran out a unanimous decision winner in a popular result in front of the home crowd.

The scorecards were 117-111, 118-110, 115-113.
