ANTHONY JOSHUA will fight Carlos Takam in Cardiff next weekend after Kubrat Pulev pulled out injured.
The 36-year-old Frenchman has stepped in as a late replacement for the injured Bulgarian.
Takam is ranked third by the IBF behind Pulev and was installed as Joshua's new mandatory challenger.
The 36-year-old has won 35 of his 39 professional bouts with three losses and one draw.
He was beaten on points last year by WBO champion Joseph Parker, an opponent Joshua could face down the line.
More than 75,000 tickets have been sold for Joshua's first bout since his win over Wladimir Klitschko.
