: "I had a few [trainers] in my head going round to use and if I am honest, I hadn't even thought about Jamie Moore.

"I want to see the offers on the table — which one is going to be best for me — because I am 30 years old and I don't want to be boxing when I am 34.

"I want a few big fights. 2016 was my best year; I was Ring Magazine Fighter of the Year, I won a lot of other awards, but 2017 was the worse year of my career.

"I still believe I am a big name in boxing and I deserve the big fights. I hope whichever promoter I go with, they can deliver."

Frampton says he is now looking forward to having more control over his career.

He added: "It is the right time for me to take a little bit more control of my career and I think it's going to be beneficial to me.

"I am not daft, I know what promoters do, but I am the one who makes that decision and I will, very soon."

Moore explained that Frampton first contacted him via twitter asking him to help with his training.

Moore said: "Carl just sent me a direct Direct Message on Twitter asking for my number so we could have a chat.

"I had a feeling what it was about; not just because he had split from Shane McGuigan but because it reminded me of what happened with Matthew Macklin a couple of years ago."

"My wife said the same thing back then and a week later, I got a DM from him because I had a new mobile number.

"He rang me from Las Vegas, where he'd been out watching the Mayweather-McGregor fight, and just wanted to find out what my situation is and asked if I could train him."

"He said he would like to come over, have a bit of a move around and see how we gelled together. Of course, I was up for that and that was that.

"He called me a few days later, once he'd got over his jetlag and we had a few days this week together and to be honest, we clicked straight away.

Frampton now wants to fight in front of his home crowd at Windsor Park as he looks to bounce back from a loss to Leo Santa Cruz.

The Northern Irishman added: "A big thing for me is fighting at Windsor Park and that will be part of the discussion that I have whoever I go with.

"It's important to me that they deliver a fight at Windsor Park and because of the weather, we have a window from April to the beginning of September."
