David Haye and Tony Bellew viciously tear into each other on Twitter as war of words continues to rage on
DAVID HAYE and Tony Bellew have gone head-to-head in yet another round of verbal warfare... this time letting it out on Twitter.
The pair - who are set to fight in the ring on March 4, 2017 - have been making headlines for all the wrong reasons in the past month or so.
First of all, the pair exchanged 'pleasantries' during a Sky Sports News interview, trading insults such as 'Bellend' and 'Bob' in reference to Haye's hair's so-called similarity to The Simpsons character Sideshow Bob.
Keep up to date with ALL the latest boxing news, gossip and rumours.
Then during a press conference, the playground spat continued, with the pair even trading cheap shots, with Haye appearing to punch Bellew for getting a little too close.
And now they've gone toe-to-toe on Twitter, with the same-old insults being spouted.
Haye kicked things off by tweeting about Anthony Joshua and Wladimir Klitschko heaping praise on one another.
He wrote: "Hope AJ or Klit aint [sic] pregnant from that verbal love making session they just gave each other. #TakeUrTongueOutOfEachOthersAsses & #GetaRoom"
Bellew replied with equal hashtag vigour, saying: "Pipe down Bob! You've got some front mentioning there [sic] names with who you've boxed of late! #MyLittleToeHurst #HayeFaker #BermondseyBitch
Not one to take the trash-talking lightly, Haye bit back one last time, adding: "Aye Aye Calm Down @TonyBellew Aye!
"Who's talking to you, you skinny fat constantly angry scumbag.
"Get back under your rock you rat. #Bellend"
Without stating the obvious, it's hard to put in words quite how much this pair despise each other.
The pair have even been given a stern talking to for swearing at each other live on air.
One thing is for certain, with three months still to go until the 'Grudge Match' fight itself at the O2, we certainly haven't heard the last from Haye and Bellew...
