Tyson Fury makes bizarre U-turn just HOURS after announcing his retirement and vows to keep fighting
Cocaine shamed boxer sent out explicit Tweet announcing his retirement from boxing but now claims he was lying
TYSON FURY has made an amazing U-turn on his decision to quit boxing just HOURS after announcing his retirement.
The drug fuelled Heavyweight Champ sent out an explicit Tweet at 12:10pm to his 480,000 followers announcing that he was hanging up his gloves.
But the 28-year-old, who tested positive for cocaine after pulling out his fight against Wladimir Klitschko, has dramatically U-turned on his decision to quit at 15:51.
He wrote: "Hahahaha u think you will get rid of the GYPSYKING that easy!!! I'm here to stay. #TheGreatest just shows u what Medea are like. Tut tut"
He then announced his intention to defend his heavyweight belts by writing: "Soon as I get better I'll be defending what's mine the heavyweight thrown."
Fury, whose record stands at 25 wins from 25 fights, may have his title belts stripped after the latest cocaine shame.
He was due to fight Klitschko on October 29 but pulled out citing 'medical reasons'.
But just days later it was revealed that Fury's urine sample had tested positive for cocaine.
Fury then laughed off the allegations by Tweeting a picture comparing himself to Tony Montana from the famous scene in Al Pacino's Scarface with the hashtag #TonyMontana.
