Mike Towell dead: Partner Chloe Ross posts heartbreaking tribute to fighter who died after life support machine was switched off

'IRON' MIKE TOWELL'S partner paid a heartbreaking tribute to the late boxer who died last night, saying: "My baby has lost his daddy."
Towell, 25, was knocked out in a bout with Dale Evans in a Glasgow bout on Thursday night.
He was rushed to hospital but developed bleeding and swelling on the brain.
And his partner Chloe Ross paid posted a moving memorial on Facebook in the minutes after his passing.
She said: "I'm absolutely heartbroken to say my annoying best friend passed away tonight at 11.02 very peacefully.

"Michael had severe bleeding and swelling to his brain.
"He had been complaining of headaches for the last few weeks but we put it down to migraines with the stress of his fight.
"It's been the longest 24 hours of our lives. My baby has lost his daddy. But he will be so proud of his dad in what he achieved.
"Once he was taken off his life support he manage 12 hours, 12 whole rounds off his life support.
"He fought right to the end and he's done us all so proud.
"He left doing the thing that he's best at... there's only one."
Meanwhile the boxing world paid tribute to Towell with promoter Eddie Hearn, Shane McGuigan, Billy Joe Saunders and Ricky Hatton all tweeting their condolences.
