Paul, 24, referred to the rematch as a 'bank robbery' prior to the fight, and it turned out to be even more brutal than his first victory.

Back in August, the YouTube star beat former UFC welterweight champion Woodley via split decision.

This time he left him out cold on the canvas after landing a massive right hook in the sixth round.

Paul had already been dominating affairs, however, leading on all three scorecards going into the sixth stanza.

James O'Connor had him up 48-46, giving Woodley the third round and fifth round, with the first a 10-10.

Michael Ross had it at 49-46, having also given the third to T-Wood.

Efrain Lebron scored it 49-46, but gave Woodley the first round rather than the third.

After the brutal knockout, Paul shot a warning at potential future opponents... including Tommy Fury.

He said: "I'm ready to fight whoever. It doesn't matter if they're a professional boxer or a five-time UFC champion. I don't care.

"I'm really built for this. And no matter what I'm gonna get the job done. And that's what I showed tonight.

"And Tommy Fury is lucky he wasn't in there tonight. Because Tyron's way tougher, he has that experience."

He added: "This is as real as it f***ing gets, just like my right hand.

"I told you I was going to f*** him up and I f***ed him up.

"This guy is a legend, don't take anything away from his career as a UFC champion and respect him for taking the fight on two weeks' notice.

"He's warrior, that was a tough fight right there, he's a legend."
