Oleksandr Usyk stops Chazz Witherspoon in seven rounds to fire warning to heavyweight division
OLEKSANDR USYK dominated his heavyweight debut and claimed he could already take on a world title bout.
The cruiserweight king has set his sights on dominating the higher division and comfortably stopped Chazz Witherspoon after seven rounds.
After his textbook win, Usyk was asked if he was ready to fight Anthony Joshua, Andy Ruiz Jr, Tyson Fury or Deontay Wilder next.
And the 2012 Olympic champ roared: "This shows I am ready to fight them.
"Of course if they give me this fight, I will take it."
Usyk became the undisputed cruiserweight champion by winning the World Boxing Super Series last year before announcing he was coming for the sport's giants.
He is bidding to become just the third boxer ever to add a heavyweight world title to cruiserweight gold and came in two-and-a-half stone lighter than Witherspoon.
The 38-year old was a late replacement for Tyrone Spong and tried to land massive bombs on the counter.

But silky Uysk refused to be bullied and relied on his superior technique to get through the American's defences.
He took him apart in the sixth and the referee considered stopping the fight to protect Witherspoon.
The veteran also survived a seventh-round barrage to remain upright but could not get off his stool for the eighth.
