A sluggish start saw Cuba’s Yunier Perez, 32, make Bolt work hard for the latest victory on his farewell tour.

He said: “I’m not happy with the time but I will get better, as usual. I’m going to get checked out by my doctor but I’ll be fine, no worries.”

Bolt, 30, is gearing up for what is expected to be an emotional farewell in August when London hosts the World Championships.

His fans in Ostrava gave him a spectacular send-off by forming themselves as the flag of Jamaica while the national anthem was blasted out.

Bolt then jigged happily to Tina Turner’s Simply The Best before trotting off.

Sir Mo Farah, 34, is also about to say goodbye to the track, so he can concentrate on road racing.
