TYSON FURY suffered a horror TWO inch gash across his right eyebrow and was covered in blood early in his clash with Otto Wallin.

The Brit heavyweight was caught with a huge left hook which landed flush on his face late in the third-round of the bout.

And the ex-world champ was smothered in claret as his corner struggled to stem the flow as it continued to widen.

Fury looked stunned by the cut as Wallin targeted the area throughout the fight.

At the end of the sixth-round the ringside doctor was called in to have a look at the gash.

The 31-year-old went into panic mode and stepped up his attacks over worries it might be stopped.

He barraged his way into a points win, but not before some scares along the way from the brave Swede.

Fury will now require surgery and stitches to fix his damaged eye, before a spell out from sparring and the ring.

Social media was left stunned and sickened by the cut - with some calling it one of the worst ever.

One said: "That's a shocker for Fury. Proper horror cut."

Another added: "One of the worst cuts you will see for Fury."

Earlier, Fury had arrived in the ring with a bizarre Mexican-themed entrance wearing full gear and Mariachi band.
