PSG are leading the chase to sign Danny Rose from Spurs

They believe they have the advantage edge over the Italian giants in a £20million deal to make him part of Thomas Tuchel’s squad next season.

PSG have already landed Ander Herrera from the Premier League.

The Spanish midfielder moved to Parc des Princes on a free after his Manchester United contract expired.

PSG also made bids for Everton midfielder Idrissa Gueye in January.

And Rose is set to be the next English-based star to try look abroad for the next step of his career.

Maurizio Sarri was willing to take him to Juve to join ex-North London rival Aaron Ramsey but it is PSG who are now front of the queue.

Rose did not tour with Mauricio Pochettino’s squad in Asia as he tried to find a new club for the season.

His departure will bring to an end his 12-year spell at Spurs.

And it will pave the way for a move to land Fulham youngster Ryan Sessegnon.
