BRIT OLIVER ROWLAND is not afraid of ruffling his rivals' feathers on the Formula E grid.
The Barnsley-born driver achieved his first pole position and podium finish last time out in Sanya as his robust style is proving a success.
The Nissan driver said: "I don't want to have a name for myself and be too aggressive.
"I think what I have done in other races is really within the rules and on the limit."
He added: "I want to show that I am not here to be pushed around, I think quite often people are too shy around all these big names.
"I am here to do the best for myself and if I have to be a bit aggressive and p*** some people off I don't really care."
Rowland is hopeful he can become the seventh different driver to win a race this season after six different winners so far.
The 26-year-old said: "It’s not very often that happens to have six manufacturers and six different winners, it just shows the strength in depth of Formula E.
"There’s many good teams, many good drivers all capable of winning and I think we deserve our one, so hopefully this weekend will be us."
