DAVID OSPINA posed for a sweet picture with his kids after he left hospital and returned home following his horror head blow on-field collapse.
The Colombian keeper fainted on the pitch minutes before half-time in Napoli's clash against Udinese after suffering an earlier head injury in the Serie A clash.
The 30-year-old already had a massive bandage on his head to cover up the stitches he received after a collision with Ignacio Pussetto earlier during the game.
The Arsenal keeper, on loan at Napoli, was rushed to hospital and model wife Jesica is by his side as he begins his recovery after undergoing a CT scan.
His wife has now posted a picture of Ospina lying in bed with his daughter Dulce Maria and son Maximiliano after he was released from hospital on Monday.
Alongside the touching photo, she wrote: "I want to take the opportunity to thank God first for the health of David, I lived moments of too much anguish and despair.

"I can tell you that David is much better, we are at home, a little calmer and waiting for the fright to pass completely.
"Second, I take this opportunity to thank everyone for their prayers and for being aware!!
"There have been many beautiful messages !! Thanks again, I'll be telling you more."
OVERNIGHT STAY
Ospina stayed in hospital overnight under observation after a CT scan revealed he did not suffer a brain injury but he did suffer head trauma.
Sister Daniela, who split from James Rodriguez in 2017, uploaded a picture of herself with Ospina last night, who is sticking his tongue out.
She captioned it: "My family. My God. All is in control."
Coach Carlo Ancelotti visited Ospina on Monday morning at the Pineta Grande Clinic ahead of his discharge later, according to media reports in Italy.
