Pulisic says Sarri’s style fits him well after completing £58million Chelsea switch
The American says he enjoys Chelsea's possession-based football and claims the Blues have always been his primary choice despite Liverpool links
CHRISTIAN PULISIC insists 'Sarriball' will "fit him well" and played a part in his decision to join Chelsea.
And the 20-year-old is relieved his switch is over so he can now focus on his last months in the Bundesliga with a “clear head” with the transfer saga behind him.
Maurizio Sarri has implemented the so called "Sarriball" since his arrival at Stamford Bridge, resulting in the Blues being the side with the most passes completed in the Prem so far this season.
Although it has attracted criticism from the club's fans following a streak of tiresome games in which Chelsea struggled to find the back of the net.
But Pulisic, who will move to London in the summer following his £58million switch, said he enjoyed watching Chelsea play under the Italian and thinks the style will “fit him well”.
He told : "I've seen their style of play.

"I've always appreciated how they've played football, and it's really nice how they play now, with their new coach. It fits me very well."
Despite reports claiming was close to joining Liverpool, the American said Chelsea were always his primary choice.
He is also glad the transfer saga he was involved in is over now, with the forward vowing to give his best for Borussia Dortmund before joining his new team-mates in London.
When asked about the Liverpool links, he said: “It's not something I want to talk about, I'm very happy with my decision to join Chelsea.
"I went through a few tough injuries at the beginning of the season. Players came in and did extremely well.
“But I think [going to Chelsea] would have been my decision either way, as I've wanted this for a long time.
"My head is more clear. People know my decision and I hope they will understand it, and also understand that I really want to be here for the rest of the season, 100 per cent.
"I'm not just here to finish up my time, just like any other player in the world I will have to fight for my position. I want to play and help to make it a real special year for Dortmund."
