Video shows Tyson Fury only 0.1 seconds away from being counted out after Deontay Wilder punch… disproving fan theory he was down for 14 seconds

Fan reveals it is 9.9 seconds from the moment Gypsy King hits canvas to when he returns to feet in 12th round

THIS video shows how Tyson Fury came within just 0.1 seconds of not getting up from Deontay Wilder's brutal 12th-round combo - disproving fan claims the Gypsy King stayed down for 14 seconds.

WBC heavyweight champ Wilder sent Fury crashing to the mat with a devastating right then left in the final round of their thriller in LA.

Cameras caught Wilder wheeling away in celebration - and making this throat-slit taunt - as Fury hit the deck.

Referee Jack Reiss moved straight in beside Fury to administer the ten count.

Some Wilder fans claimed Reiss was slow in starting the count - and the man himself said he was peeved about it.

Wilder said: "I have a few questions that I ask myself what are circulating around with the count.

"My man Joe Hanks, they [referee] got on him quick [with the count] - the minute he hit the ground [on the undercard] they started counting.

"But Fury was laid out and they hesitated a little bit."

However, this video shows how long Fury was really down for, rising to his feet and stopping the count with just 0.1 seconds to go.

The viewer uses the stopwatch on their phone to record from the second Fury hits the floor to when he is upright again.

And it is timed at 9.9 seconds.

The punch stats from the fight show how Fury schooled Wilder despite the bout ending in a draw.

Floyd Mayweather walked out "disgusted" after seeing the result.

Fury, who is targeting a rematch with Wilder in the future, said he summoned his strength and got off the canvas "like a phoenix rising from the ashes".
