Dean Flowers, 32, and Dave Wing, 53, were found guilty of affray, while James, 26, pleaded guilty to affray.
A fourth bouncer, Haydn Morgan, 42, was cleared of affray by the jury.
The court also heard fans were asking for selfies with the 2008 World Rugby Player of the Year when a stranger attempted to headbutt his younger brother.

But the two Williams men and friends Rhodri Williams and Stewart Herbert were kicked out by security staff, three of whom then repeatedly kicked and punched the group in an alleyway.
Wing then held Dean Williams in a "choke hold", refusing to let go until he passes out, despite Williams repeatedly tapping.
The footage also appears to show Shane Williams - who scored 290 points in 87 appearances for Wales - having his jacket ripped from him by James, the former rugby star being thrown down a staircase and punches being thrown by bouncers.
Judge Recorder Duncan Bould said: "This was an incident of serious public disorder."
