Liverpool lead Premier League rivals in chase for Borussia Dortmund ace Christian Pulisic, say bookies
America international is open to playing in the English top flight after being linked with the Reds and Man Utd
LIVERPOOL are favourites to land Christian Pulisic as the Borussia Dortmund star is open to a move to the Premier League.
The 20-year-old has been heavily linked with teams in the English top flight and only has 18 months remaining on his contract at Dortmund.
Liverpool are the shortest price of the English teams at just 6/4 to land the America international, who will play against England at Wembley on Thursday night.
The Reds previously had a bid of £11million rejected for Pulisic in 2016.
Meanwhile Tottenham are second favourites at 7/2 to land the forward after making an enquiry in 2017.
Speaking ahead of the USA's trip to Wembley, Pulisic said: "England, the Premier League, is a league where lots of kids dream of playing.
“So there is no reason why maybe one day I won’t play here.”

spokesperson Katie Baylis said: “Pulisic will be hoping to put on a good show at Wembley on Thursday night perhaps with an eye to impressing some of the Premier League scouts after saying he would be open to a stint in England.
"He won’t need to prove himself too much though with most of the top clubs here already having shown interest in him throughout his career so far.
"Liverpool have already bid for him in the past and are the 6/4 favourites if he was to come here, with Spurs at 7/2 and Chelsea at 9/2.
"It’s expected that Borussia Dortmund will sell the 20-year-old next summer so there could be a bidding war between the top clubs here for his services with City at 7/1, United at 9/1 and Arsenal at 20/1 all in the mix as well.”
