Official documents seen by The Sun on Sunday show Man City’s Hart — who is paid £100,000 a week — took out a mortgage to buy the site, formerly called Suzy’s Caf.

He completed the deal for the site near Skegness, Lincs, on the day England beat Tunisia 2-1 at the World Cup in June.

Hart, 31, who is closing in on a £4million move to Burnley, has invested in three other property renovation schemes.
