Lucien Favre's side are understood to be pushing for a permanent deal, but Chelsea are demanding a whopping fee of £50million.

The ex-Marseille striker, who joined the Blues in 2016, has admitted that he has no preferences between the two clubs.

Speaking about his future, he said: "Dortmund was a great experience for me.

"They welcomed me very warmly.

"My focus is on the World Cup right now and I don't want to think about what happens afterwards."

Batshuayi was a huge doubt for Belgium's World Cup campaign after suffering ankle ligament damage during a 2-0 win over Schalke.

But after returning to Chelsea to undergo a strict rehabilitation programme, the striker is fit to feature for Roberto Martinez's side.
