The ex-Manchester City star suggested that he was being singled out by officials after he was booked during his side's 2-1 defeat to Marseille.
Balotelli received a yellow card from Antony Gautier after he lunged into Bouna Sarr during the Ligue 1 clash.
As he left the pitch at half-time, Balotelli said: "Every time, f***ing French referees, every time."
The Italian ace, who is set to leave the French side at the end of the season, is expected to receive a ban for his actions.
Despite bagging 23 goals for the French club this term, the 27-year-old has also amassed 13 yellow cards.

Agent Mino Raiola has confirmed that he in talks with several Premier League clubs as he prepares to leave Lucien Favre's side.
MLS side DC United are also expected to be among the clubs scrambling for his signature this summer.
