ARSENE WENGER has never been associated with wild partying – until now.

The strait-laced Arsenal boss, 68, kicked off ­celebrations right across the world when news broke on Friday that he was ­leaving the Gunners after 22 ­sometimes frustrating years. Within minutes, bars from London to Uganda had taken to social media to advertise their boozy “Wenger Out” bashes.

One Arsenal fan hosted his own party of one in a hotel in North Cyprus to celebrate the happy news, posting a picture on Instagram of a large pint and three bowls of nuts in a bar.

As parties popped up across Nigeria to celebrate the news, a fruit juice brand suggested fans celebrate with a glass of grape juice - we think they slurped something a little stronger.

Gambia

A Gambian Gooner tweeted that he was planning a “a big Gambian party tonight” for Wenger and insisted the manager should get a “decent reception” after his time at the club.

Dalston

Hipsters flocked to trendy Dalston in London to drink the night away in tribute to the manager as a club held an “official” Wenger Party with party-goers grinding to R&B and hip hop.

Uganda

Delighted with the news, one Ugandan fan tweeted: “Will I miss Wenger? No. Will I remember him? Maybe! I’ll throw a party and slaughter a fat bull to celebrate his exit.”

Kenya

Some of the Wenger parties were a little saucy with one Arsenal fan tweeting from Kenya that he was planning on recruiting some strippers to see out Wenger in style.
