THE London Marathon is back with over 40,000 taking part in the 26.2 mile race.

When is the 2018 London Marathon?
THE London Marathon took place on Sunday, April 22.
The Elite Wheelchair races started at 8.55am followed by the World Para Athletics Marathon World Cup ambulant races at 9am.
The Elite women's race set off at 9.15am.
The men's Elite race - including Britain's Olympic track champ Sir Mo Farah - and the mass race started at 10am.
What is the route?
THE course starts in Greenwich Park and continues throughout London.
Runners will see sights including the Cutty Sark, Tower Bridge, Canary Wharf, Tower of London and Buckingham Palace.
As always, it will finish on The Mall.

What TV channel will it be on and can I live stream it?
COVERAGE of the 2018 London Marathon will be on BBC 1 and BBC 2.
The BBC 1 coverage started at 8.30am until 2pm when it will move on to BBC2.
The elite races are on the BBC red button, with all coverage also available on the website.
Where did Mo Farah finish?
The British Olympic legend couldn't keep pace with the Kenyan winner Eliud Kipchoge.
He finished in third - but still managed to break the British record.
