THERE was lots of excitement on the first day of the Masters, but it is all still to play for at Augusta.

Golfers will be hoping for a solid second round as they hope to make the cut into the weekend - but just how many will still be there on Saturday?

When is the Masters 2019?

THE tournament began on Thursday, April 11.

It runs for four days and four rounds in total, with the final day's play on Sunday, April 14.

Who made the cut at the Masters?

A massive 65 players remain in the competition, despite the usual limit of 50.

The rules state that every player within ten shots of the lead remains in the competition.

With five contesting the lead and a massive ten players on level par, it is the biggest field in round three in its history.
