UFC star Paige VanZant enjoyed a Tuesday afternoon with her fiance by PUNCHING each other in the face.
The 23-year-old flyweight fighter is engaged to undefeated welterweight MMA fighter Austin Vanderford.
And it appears that they are basing their relationship on the motto of "couple that trains together, stays together" after her latest Instagram posts.
But fear not, the punches were consensual.
VanZant and Vanderford work out together at a gym in Portland and yesterday they were practising their boxing.
And they provided a stunning demonstration of the power of love by strapping on the gloves to let each other have it.
The clip the American shared shows both landing several shots - but there was absolutely no bad blood between them.
In fact, VanZant suggested the tough love workouts actually helps them bond.
Along with the footage, she wrote: "Find someone who shares your passion and grow together (we both signed waivers, were allowed to do this)."
This provides even more evidence that VanZant is hard as nails after she captured headlines around the world back in January.
After the fight she took to Insta to reveal a snap of her in a hospital bed showing off a heavily swollen limb.
Alongside the photo, the Oregon star wrote: "Well... I broke my arm in the first! I was able to finish the fight but as you can see, had a hard recovering and throwing my right.
"I’ll be back better and stronger than ever! It’s all apart of the fight game. God had other plans for me."
It was VanZant's second consecutive defeat, and third in her last four fights.
The former "Dancing With The Stars" runner-up now has a career fight record of 7-4.
