Anthony Joshua showdown with Deontay Wilder planned for T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas if he gets past Joseph Parker

Wilder secured a thrilling 10th-round stoppage of Luis Ortiz in Brooklyn on Saturday

ANTHONY JOSHUA'S eagerly anticipated fight against Deontay Wilder is likely to take place in Las Vegas.

The two heavyweight world champions remain on a collision course after Wilder knocked out dangerous Cuban Luis Ortiz in Brooklyn on Saturday.

Now it is over to Joshua as he bids to add Joseph Parker's WBO belt to his WBA and IBF titles in Cardiff on March 31.

Should he do the business in the Welsh capital, the pressure will be on him and Wilder to put on arguably the biggest fight in British boxing history – but it looks like AJ will cross the pond to do it.

Wilder's promoter Lou DiBella revealed: “It could go to a soccer stadium in Great Britain but they can't charge that much per ticket over there.

“So the likelihood would be from an economic standpoint that Vegas would be most likely.

“Also Brits love to come to Vegas for a huge fight and make a holiday of it.”

Speaking after his  latest KO win, Wilder said: "I always said I want to unify all the titles. My goal is to unify.

“It's not about how big your muscles are – it's about the heart.”

The American picked up £1.5million for his role at the Barclays Center but he could comfortably pocket ten times that amount by stepping in the ring with Joshua.

And he will jet into Cardiff later this month with everything crossed that the Londoner can do the business too.
