THIS is the incredible moment a boxer pulled down his shorts to reveal a colostomy bag.
Michael Valentin had taken the microphone after defeating Demetrius Wilson in a lightweight contest in Rhode Island in the US.
It was then when he showed a stunned crowd that he had fought with a colostomy bag.
He said: "I'm a going to take a break after this fight. I know it's going to hurt me, but, all my life, I dealt with adversity."
"I always fought with a colostomy bag. And for everybody who thinks I'm lying, look at me right now, I got a colostomy bag.
"I'm a f***ing fighter. I fight for anything. After this fight, I'll be going on to surgery. I'll be out for about eight months, nine months to recover, but I'll be back.
"I'm going to recover. I'll be strong and I'll give it to anybody. I'm a f***ing warrior."
The 18-year-old has a tube connected to his intestine after suffering with the medical condition Hirschsprung's disease since from birth.

It prevents bowel movements passing through the intestines due to missing nerve cells in the lower part of the colon.
He is set to undergo surgery in April, where it is hoped he will no longer have need for a colostomy bag.
The teenager has won all four of his professional fights in his short career.
He only made his debut in June last year, where he secured a first-round stoppage win against Kevin De Freitas.
