The former two-weight UFC champion, soon to be stripped of his lightweight belt, was keen not to have his brekkie taken away, too, this morning.

McGregor‘s breakfast bag included eggs, bacon, sausages, milk and orange juice.

He posted a video to his Instagram story showing the contents and said: “Thanks f*** for that. Lidl and all, fair play to them.”

Fans of McGregor will be hoping he’s fuelling up for a much anticipated return to the UFC.

The MMA star has been vocal about his eagerness to return to the octagon, and has vowed to “fight again” despite claiming his offer to fight at UFC 222 was rejected.

McGregor made the post after Lidl store in Fortunestown Lane, Dublin, was broken into, looted and had its roof ripped off last night.

Recently McGregor’s father, Tony, has called on the families huge social media following to vote for his daughter Erin in Dancing With The Stars.

The Notorious has been trying to get his followers to vote for his sis by putting up messages on his Twitter and Instagram accounts.

But Tony told the Sun: “The family does have a huge following on social media but it doesn’t translate to RTE viewers picking up the phone and voting.

“I know all about Dublin people not voting [on RTE shows] so we are all doing our best but it’s a different demographic, our followers and the people who vote in RTE shows.

“We need the votes from those people.”

The 58-year-old said he is proud Erin has managed to make it into week nine of the hit RTE dance show, proving critics who predicted she would be an early casualty wrong.

He added: “There’s a leader pack emerging now and it’s all getting very serious. I’m so proud of Erin having gotten this far.”
