With the Gypsy King due to be granted his boxing license back, pending a medical, heavyweight prospect Dubois is eager to to put him through his paces in the gym.
And it won't be the first time the two have traded blows.
Last year Dubois was invited up to Bolton to train with the former world champ and Fury was full of praise for the up-and-coming fighter.
Dubois, 20, who has his seventh fight this Saturday against 36-year-old DL Jones at the York Hall, welcomes Fury's return to the sport and is keen to reap any personal benefit too.
Speaking at his pre-fight presser, Dubois told SunSport: "I'm definitely up for sparring with Fury.
"Getting in the ring and learning a few more things from him - I don't mind that.
"My management team look after all that, they arrange all that stuff but it can definitely happen."
Dubois has never been past the second round in his pro career so far, and this weekend once again will be hot favourite for an early night's work.
DL Jones, a former soldier who is is undefeated in nine fights, but doesn't possess that knockout power of Dubois, with all of his bouts going the distance.

And while Dubois' promoter Frank Warren acknowledges his fighter is "not close" to a world title shot just yet, his path could yet cross with Fury on the big stage in the future.
Dubois added: "It excites me that he [Fury] is coming back, it adds to it all, it's a competitive division and him coming back is going to be good."
Fury, 29, has vowed to return to boxing to reclaim the world titles he gave up in 2016 to concentrate on personal issues outside of the ring.
